Stay OPEN

Stay OPEN

In order to truly see, first, shed the identity of the observer. Relinquish your anticipation, expectation, anxiety etc. for they are only projections… film through which you see only what you wish or what you fear. Detach from desire, so as not to place limitations on what may be possible. Be open to every possibility and when possibilities become reality, stay the course. Desires have no end because they only give way to more desires. However, with the understanding that possibilities too are limitless until there is but one actuality, it is discernible or even readily apparent that the tendency to lean in the way of one’s preference almost surely adversely affects one’s ability to prepare for what could be a different outcome. Leaning, in any direction, can displace one’s center of gravity and disrupt one’s ability to balance, and can also cause delays in one’s ability to react and redirect. This holds true, not only in the physical, but, in the metaphysical sense as well... Thus, no commitment can or should be made to that which exists solely within the realm of possibility. Which is to say, one can or should move with absolute certainty, only upon solid ground, or, as it relates to the analogy of observation: only once the path is laid and the destination chosen can the placement of blinders be an aid and not a hindrance. It is also worth noting here, that, knowledge of oneself is relative to the knowledge of one’s environment and/or surroundings. It could be said, our understanding of what we see outwardly, can be affected by our inner standing, or: how we feel about what we perceive, and/or its alignment, or lack thereof, with our preconceived and predisposed likes or dislikes…
